About the Role
As an important member of our FOH service team, you are the first person our guests meet upon entering our restaurant and therefore play an integral role in delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the restaurant manager, greeting guests with a cheerful, professional, and outgoing personality and offering a consistently outstanding customer service experience for both those guests checking in as well as those calling over the phone are the primary responsibilities. Running food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant may also be part of the daily duties.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of OpenTable is a must
- Smart Serve Certification required
- A good understanding of English language required
- Some restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary
