About the Role

F5 Digital is building the enterprise AI muscle that will power the next generation of intelligent, secure, and scalable internal platforms. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to act as the primary bridge between our AI platforms and our core business functions. This role will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business units to implement F5's 5-pillar AI transformation strategy. The Senior PM will translate function-specific needs into prioritized agentic use cases and drive measurable AI adoption across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions to understand their core challenges and workflows.
  • Implement and drive F5's AI transformation strategy within specific business units.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for business leaders on how AI can accelerate their specific organizational goals.
  • Translate function-specific business needs into clearly defined, prioritized agentic use cases.
  • Own the backlog for business-facing AI solutions, balancing impact with technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and the core AI platform teams to deliver these solutions iteratively.
  • Drive measurable adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows across the enterprise.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to create training, documentation, and rollout plans tailored to specific business functions.
  • Ensure business-specific AI solutions adhere to enterprise governance, security, and cost-management standards.
  • Help business units navigate the AI Innovation Review process for new tool requests.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to functional AI adoption, usage, and measurable business value (e.g., time saved, revenue influenced).
  • Partner with stakeholders to baseline and quantify ROI for AI-enabled workflows within their departments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably focusing on internal tools, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and how they apply to practical business operations (Sales, Marketing, CS).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to operate in Agile environments, manage backlogs, and deliver iterative value.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value.
  • Prior experience working directly with GTM (Go-to-Market) teams like Sales or Customer Success.
  • Understanding of no-code / low-code automation platforms and workflow tools.
  • Experience quantifying ROI for internal productivity tools.
