About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality cardiac care by providing administrative and operational support to our multidisciplinary team. Take ownership of key administrative functions within a specialised and growing clinical service and make a real difference to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate departmental administration, procedural billing, inventory management, clinical data support, and patient scheduling.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, accreditation activities, and cardiac registry reporting.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Experience using hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
  • Experience coordinating patient scheduling, billing, and data entry processes.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • High level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sound understanding of confidentiality, privacy legislation, and health records management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
