About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate departmental administration, procedural billing, inventory management, clinical data support, and patient scheduling.
- Contribute to quality improvement, accreditation activities, and cardiac registry reporting.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service.
Requirements
- Demonstrated administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
- Experience using hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
- Experience coordinating patient scheduling, billing, and data entry processes.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- High level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality, privacy legislation, and health records management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
