About the Role
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is an indispensable service for digital leaders, serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. Members benefit from a single source of knowledge, insight into CIO-level challenges, and the shared knowledge of a large community of CIOs, all with Gartner's objectivity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
- Create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products based on subject matter expertise.
- Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans.
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events.
- Partner with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting and/or CxO roles (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.).
- Industry background in Healthcare Provider, Payor, and/or Lifesciences.
- Demonstrated experience leading/co-leading large critical programs with E2E transformative initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and the IT industry (Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy, trends, metrics, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of current CIO challenges and how Gartner ETS can provide solutions.
