About the Role
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is an indispensable tool for digital leaders, serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. It offers a single source of knowledge, insight, and community focused on CIO-level challenges, leveraging Gartner's objectivity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships of CIOs within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Create service solutions for clients using all ExP products, leveraging subject matter expertise as a former C-Suite Executive.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events.
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement and renewal.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting and/or CxO roles (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.).
- Experience within the Life science Industries, ideally in New Drug Development, R&D, and moving from pre-revenue to commercialization.
- Demonstrated exposure to large E2E transformative initiatives, having led or co-led large critical programs.
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.).
- Understanding of current CIO challenges and how Gartner ETS can provide solutions.
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
