About the Role
Partner with Business, Technology, and Risk teams to design and implement Data Management capabilities that enable consistent, scalable, and sustainable practices across the Group. Understand business problems, define future-state capabilities, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support the adoption of enterprise Data Management standards. Act as the link between business and technical teams to shape operating approaches, influence solution design, and ensure Data Management capabilities deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements
- Passionate about solving business problems through better Data Management
- Experienced in working across business and technology teams to deliver enterprise capabilities
- Skilled at analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and translating requirements into practical solutions
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to build consensus and drive outcomes
- Able to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experienced in delivering change across large, complex organisations
- Strong collaborators who influence without direct authority
- Curious, pragmatic and outcomes-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Management, Technology Delivery or Business Transformation
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality or Data Lineage concepts
- Experience defining business requirements, user stories, process improvements or capability roadmaps
- Exposure to enterprise Data Management platforms such as Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview or similar technologies
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems and cloud-based data platforms
- Experience working in Agile, product or transformation delivery environments
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
