About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator is a critical component of the hiring and onboarding process, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process from offer to pre-employment. This role involves coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, managing background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process from interview to onboarding, supporting the Talent Acquisition team across the organization.
- Create, receive, and track all offer letters, new hire agreements, and pre-employment paperwork.
- Initiate, track, and troubleshoot background investigations.
- Accurately track new hires through hiring stages and keep interested parties informed.
- Become the expert for information, processes, accuracy, and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
- Schedule and coordinate interview days, send interview confirmations, and manage interview calendars.
- Schedule travel and lodging arrangements for candidates and new hires.
- Provide a white glove candidate experience for on-site interviews through professionalism and high-level communication.
- Monitor and manage incoming tickets through the AskHR case management system for timely resolution.
- Assist with special projects, including reporting, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of HR/Recruiting/Administration experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency, motivation, detailed approach, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills.
