About the Role

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our service team, independently performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnology products after comprehensive training. Your responsibilities will include working with heat pumps, split air conditioners, gas/oil heating systems, and control devices in multi-brand customer service (Buderus and Bosch Junkers). You will serve as a competent contact person for our customers, utilizing your analytical and technical skills for measurements, testing, and troubleshooting, as well as handling complaints. You will start your assignments from your place of residence and will be provided with a fully equipped service vehicle and modern IT equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform independent commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnology products.
  • Work with heat pumps, split air conditioners, gas/oil heating systems, and control devices.
  • Provide multi-brand customer service for Buderus and Bosch Junkers.
  • Act as a competent contact person for customers.
  • Perform measurements, testing, and self-regulation of thermotechnology products.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Start assignments from your place of residence.
  • Manage the inventory of tools and spare parts in the service vehicle.

Requirements

  • Vocational training, preferably in mechatronics, refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, heating installation, or a related field.
  • Customer service experience with expertise in heating technology, control technology, renewable energies, and system hydraulics is desirable.
  • Good PC skills.
  • Structured, independent, and meticulous approach.
  • Self-reliant, customer-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Very good German language skills.
