About the Role

Phoenix Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for their Elmsford, NY location. The ideal candidate will have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work thoroughly and accurately. Experienced Technicians may be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Services all equipment according to established service schedules, company standards, and acceptable time frames, troubleshooting and rectifying potential problems on location.
• Interacts with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents all completed work legibly and accurately according to company policy and submits daily.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license / clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
