About the Role

Medialab is seeking an Account Executive to join their Client Leadership team. This role is crucial for delivering successful media campaigns for prominent UK brands and charities. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals with existing planning experience, particularly in offline and AV planning, to deepen their expertise in holistic campaign planning across brand and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning process for campaigns across key accounts with hands-on learning in offline media.
  • Assist with regular reporting cycles using planning tools to address campaign briefs.
  • Collaborate with the activation team to expand channel knowledge.
  • Translate insights into clear commentary linked to client KPIs to aid decision-making.
  • Maintain clear status reports, meeting notes, and action trackers for client and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Requirements

  • A 'can do' attitude and inquisitive nature to solve problems.
  • Curiosity for offline planning and a willingness to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media channels, specifically offline channels like AV, OOH, Audio, or Print.
  • Proactive and genuinely interested in how paid media drives client outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities for timely updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns.
