About the Role

We are seeking an autonomous Product Owner to manage a major product or platform across its full lifecycle. You will shape short-to-medium-range roadmaps, define strategic OKRs, and manage complex stakeholder relationships within the elite global sports technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Own the team backlog, including epics, features, and user stories, while managing dependencies to maximize ROI.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap and vision by conducting market research and user analysis.
• Act as the primary global ambassador for the product, leading technical and business discussions.
• Align cross-functional engineering teams and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
• Collaborate with Development Leads and Architects to enforce architectural patterns and ensure built-in quality.
• Define success metrics and monitor operational data to guide business decisions.
• Oversee 3rd-line support and ensure training, documentation, and testing are completed for rollout.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven ability to manage all stages of the product lifecycle and lead roadmap definition.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with experience aligning cross-functional teams and external clients.
• Strong technical grounding in managing complex products and cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience in defining Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and setting OKRs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to conduct trade-off analyses.
