About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager at our Auburn store, you will be responsible for treasure hunting – sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail floor.
Responsibilities
- Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
- Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, sharing the Savers story to ensure excellent service and a meaningful experience
- Sorting donations
- Pricing, grading and hanging product for the retail floor
- Working with the team to meet daily production targets
- Supporting the safety culture
Requirements
- Availability for part-time hours – Monday to Friday 7.30am - 11.30am
- A team player who loves working in a team and helping others meet team goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality)
- Ability to celebrate uniqueness and contribute diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
