About the Role
Drive operational performance by building employee capability at HCF through the design, development and implementation of learning solutions to ensure a high performing culture. This role plays a key part in building organisational capability and driving a high-performing culture by identifying capability needs and designing impactful learning solutions that support strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
- Conduct learning needs analysis and develop targeted learning plans
- Design and deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programs
- Create innovative learning content using modern instructional design principles
- Develop eLearning solutions and manage learning resources within our LMS
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Partner with external vendors to source high-quality learning solutions
- Coach and support Training Consultants across operational teams
- Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of lifelong learning
Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Adult Education
- Strong instructional design and facilitation capability
- Experience designing and delivering virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
