About the Role

Support independent assurance reviews that provide valuable insights into how risks are identified, managed, and remediated. Explore end-to-end processes, test controls, and uncover opportunities for improvement while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in assurance, internal audit, operational risk, or risk advisory, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Experience assessing risks, controls, and remediation outcomes, including control design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to provide independent review and constructive challenge.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and identifying systemic issues, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights.
