About the Role

Support Junior Adventures Group's services across Sydney's Northern Beaches as an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator. This role focuses on stepping into services to support delivery, ensuring quality, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
  • Lead training, performance, and development in the service
  • Minimise risk and manage safety in services
  • Work across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery
  • Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects and other activities
  • Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate III qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care), or have completed minimum 1 years of full time study in a relevant field
  • Experience working with children in a leadership position
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current driver's license is required
  • Experience working with children within a group environment
  • Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday

Location

  • Sydney's Northern Beaches

Work Type

  • Permanent Full Time
  • 38 hours per week (minimum)
  • Split shifts (7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm) and/or block shifts (9:00am-5:00pm)

Experience Level

  • Leadership position experience

Education Level

  • Certificate III in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time study in a relevant field
