About the Role
Deliver fun, engaging gymnastics programs across Outside School Hours Care services in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, helping children build confidence, coordination, strength, and a love of movement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging gymnastics programs for children before and after school.
- Create fun activities that develop balance, coordination, confidence, and teamwork.
- Encourage children of all abilities to participate and enjoy being active.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and school communities.
- Work collaboratively with experienced OSHC teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics or delivering gymnastics programs.
- A passion for working with children and creating positive learning experiences.
- The ability to engage and motivate children through movement and activity.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
- State working-with-children check.
- Australian working rights.
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
