About the Role

Deliver fun, engaging gymnastics programs across Outside School Hours Care services in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, helping children build confidence, coordination, strength, and a love of movement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging gymnastics programs for children before and after school.
  • Create fun activities that develop balance, coordination, confidence, and teamwork.
  • Encourage children of all abilities to participate and enjoy being active.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and school communities.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced OSHC teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience coaching gymnastics or delivering gymnastics programs.
  • A passion for working with children and creating positive learning experiences.
  • The ability to engage and motivate children through movement and activity.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
  • A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
  • State working-with-children check.
  • Australian working rights.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

  • Split Shift Allowance: $21 per day
