Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
- Utilize product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and stock processing
Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for our brand and customers
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Great visual merchandising and styling ability
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approx. 10-15 hours per week)
- Flexibility for extra shifts during peak periods and to cover team leave
