Responsibilities
- Generate production of marketing materials including pitch books, sales brochures, seminar presentations, market reports, factsheets, and performance review decks within defined parameters.
- Provide client services, including translation and creation of presentation materials, by leveraging team members and proofreading their work.
- Support planning, implementing, and developing promotions, collaterals, and advertisements.
- Communicate independently with internal counterparties of both Tokyo and global teams.
- Ensure marketing materials fully reinforce global standards, company image, and brand.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in the industry.
- Adequate experience and expertise in investment management.
- Sufficient knowledge of products and client service with client-facing experience.
- Good understanding of sales support.
- Affluent language skills in English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Factset, etc.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading junior employees or managing a small team (nice to have).
- Understanding of regulatory obligations of the firm, and adherence to regulated entity requirements and JHI policies.
- Willingness to adhere to the provisions of our Investment Advisory Code of Ethics related to personal securities activities and other disclosure and certification requirements.
- Awareness that past political contributions or activity may impact eligibility for this position.
