About the Role
This role works in close collaboration with the Engineering Team to deliver safe and efficient vessels to our operations team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Supervise and coordinate engineers to ensure effective and efficient service.
- Drive technical development of vessels and facilities for optimal operation.
- Oversee daily maintenance and servicing of all vessels and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all vessels' mechanical systems are fully safety checked per company policy and legislation.
- Keep all craft in service and operational through effective and efficient maintenance, prioritizing quieter periods.
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on vessels, including reasonable requests for additional support.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to define, implement, and review technical improvements, providing technical analysis and reporting.
- Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable requests from management.
