About the Role

As a Lead Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d/x), you will play a leading role in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes for our clients in public administration and the private sector. With your in-depth expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, you will provide strategic advice, conduct comprehensive process consulting in the HR environment, and translate complex business requirements into innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

Holistic consulting in complex transformation, migration, or implementation projects
Structuring, prioritizing, and managing functional requirements
Developing and implementing functional and technical solution concepts in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment
Coordinating HR departments, IT, project teams, and management stakeholders
Moderating workshops, management presentations, and training sessions
Ensuring the functional quality of project results
Mentoring and developing consultants and junior consultants
Participating in presales, proposal processes, solution design, and customer acquisition
Taking over (partial) project management

Requirements

Completed studies in business administration, (business) information technology, industrial engineering, or comparable experience
Long-term experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projects
In-depth knowledge of the SAP HCM module landscape, especially PA, OM, PT, and PY
Very good understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and system landscapes
Strong consulting, moderation, and communication skills at functional and management levels
Analytical thinking and structured working methods
Experience with project management standards and agile methods
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
