About the Role

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. We believe in the value of empowering IA Promotion Manager or Staff with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform BAU tasks including revising existing materials, creating new proposal documents, and other document creation tasks.
  • Create various documents for new product launches, product revisions, and other documentation/revision needs.
  • Improve various skills related to document creation.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding or strong interest in the life insurance business.
  • Communication skills (communication with DBM channels and communication with stakeholders outside of DBM).
  • Team player.
  • High Japanese language proficiency (able to communicate without misunderstanding even in complex conversations).
  • Document creation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
