About the Role
We are searching for an energetic and dedicated WHS Coordinator to join our vibrant team and drive a positive, healthy workplace culture. This is an incredible full-time opportunity to become a vital part of our team across Mt Wilga, Castlecrag and Hunters Hill Private Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation.
- Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks.
- Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training.
- Developing and maintaining effective safety practices.
- Preparing and presenting safety performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in WH&S (Minimum of a Cert IV in WH&S).
- Experience in Work Health and Safety, preferably within the health industry or a large organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
- A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent planning, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Full Australian work rights, a current Police Check & proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Ramsay will require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
