About the Role
The Assistant Coordinator role is designed for individuals ready to develop leadership skills. You will gain hands-on experience in leadership and operations, with support from experienced managers and a dedicated team, while making a positive impact in the local school community.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Develop skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
Requirements
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the company)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
