Responsibilities

Support the optimization and streamlining of procurement processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement technology solutions for enhanced procurement operations.
Assist in evaluating and reengineering existing procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Contribute to data and analytics efforts for informed procurement decisions, KPI monitoring, and identifying improvement areas.
Ensure procurement processes align with regulatory and company compliance standards.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas in procurement.
Contribute to the active management of catalogues, marketplaces, master data, and contracts based on defined strategies.

Requirements

Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in business administration, economics, procurement, or a related field.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages like German are a plus.
Organized and process-oriented.
Enjoy interacting with people.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
