About the Role

In this role, you will learn the essentials of retail and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience in Lidl stores through quality, freshness, and cleanliness. This opportunity is available as a 2-year apprenticeship as a Salesperson (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Clerk (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Learn the essentials of retail and how to ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness in Lidl stores.
• Stock and present merchandise, bake goods, and operate the cash register.
• Check incoming goods, assist with inventory, and provide customer service.
• Learn to create staff schedules and lead your first shift (for the 3-year apprenticeship).
• Participate in training sessions and exciting trainee projects to develop skills.
