About the Role

Responsibilities

• Achieve 3 qualifications in 3 years: Combine "Retail Clerk" apprenticeship with "Certified Retail Manager IHK" further education and obtain the "AdA-Schein" (trainer aptitude certificate) to lead your own team as a store manager.
• Learn our business from the ground up during practical phases in the store, focusing on quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a great shopping experience.
• Actively participate in stock replenishment, presentation, order processing, and cashier duties.
• Develop skills in staff leadership to manage your first shift independently.
• Attend various training sessions and seminars to enhance your abilities and obtain the IHK trainer certificate.
• Participate in theoretical phases through block instruction at an external educational center (travel and accommodation costs covered by Lidl).

Requirements

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical parts).
• Dedicated work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic retail industry.
• Enthusiasm, ambition, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborative work.
• Reliability and flexibility in working hours within the store's operating times.
