About the Role
As a key leader in our branch, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations, motivating a team of 20-40 employees, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in professional leadership, organization, and team motivation
- Optimize operational processes behind the scenes and assist on the sales floor
- Manage inventory and disposition tasks
- Represent the Branch Manager during their absence
- Ensure implementation of branch concepts and maintain a clean, well-organized store

- Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry
- Initial leadership experience in a responsible position
