Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a completely successful shopping experience for our customers together with your team colleagues.
• Whether stocking and presenting goods attractively, baking, or operating our modern checkout systems: you get involved and are fully committed.
• Ensure the functionality of the Scan&Go zone, excite customers about the system, and offer assistance to enable a positive shopping experience.
• Support the store manager with tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and taking care of the implementation of our store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

Requirements

• Retail experience or experience in a comparable industry, ideally with initial leadership experience, e.g., in shift management.
• Team player with a high degree of responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others.
• Fast and efficient work style as well as adaptability to changing tasks.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shift models in consultation with the supervisor.
