About the Role
As a Customer Assistant, you will work as part of a retail team to maintain high store standards, including cleanliness and stock management, ensuring the store is prepared for customers.
Responsibilities
- Unpack deliveries during the night throughout the week and weekends
- Ensure all access areas remain clear for drivers
- Maintain cleanliness on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas
- Organize areas for promotions and special offers
- Perform regular freshness checks and ensure stock rotation
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail while working efficiently
- Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to contributing to store success
- Previous night shift experience is preferred
- Employment is conditional upon satisfactory references and a potential Disclosure and Barring Service check

Salary/Compensations
- £14.80 - £15.30 per hour
- Extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays
- Extra £3.50 per hour for night shifts
