About the Role
Join Ecolab’s industry leading Pest Elimination team as a Corporate Account Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at thinking outside the box, building customer relationships, and selling through a value proposition. You will manage relationships with assigned corporate account customers, increasing sales of pest elimination and prevention services, and drive sales growth with new corporate or commercial multi-unit business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve customer portfolio growth target, including sales rate, profitability, and expense control.
- Learn customer operations, understand challenges, and customize solutions to increase sales and service penetration.
- Lead customer business reviews.
- Leverage product knowledge to design and deliver proposals illustrating Ecolab’s broader enterprise solutions.
- Lead integration, coordination, and monitoring of divisional programs with field sales, service, and functional support teams.
- Identify and secure new business through corporate sales calls, presentations, and representation at national tradeshows and conferences.
- Establish cross-divisional working relationships to secure new corporate account contracts.
Requirements
- Candidates must live in New York or New Jersey.
- 25% overnight travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and Ecolab experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful performance in business-to-business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
- Pest elimination and hotel / restaurant selling experience preferred.
- 3+ years of demonstrated successful sales management experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
