About the Role
This role supports multiple executives, ranging from Director to Managing Vice President, within a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment. The position focuses on administrative efficiency, gatekeeping, and fostering team collaboration to support department and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize complex scheduling requests and adjust to frequent last-minute changes.
- Handle travel arrangements and create timely expense reports.
- Drive key team activities and events, such as all-hands meetings and social events.
- Circulate information, answer questions, and act as a team ambassador.
- Foster strong relationships with other administrative assistants and teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

- McLean, VA: $80,900 - $92,300
- New York, NY: $88,200 - $100,700
