About the Role
Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring experienced Home Health Aides to join our growing team in East Meadow. We have an immediate need for dependable caregivers who are passionate about providing quality one-on-one care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate support
- Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Requirements
- CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Current physical
- PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray (if applicable)
- MMR immunization documentation
- Dependable, caring, and professional attitude
