About the Role
This internship offers a hands-on experience in influencer marketing, integrating you into a team to understand agency operations and the fundamentals of a successful career in the field. It requires meeting deadlines, timely communication, and proactivity.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research, media and influencer relations, social media, and content creation using platforms like CreatorIQ, Google Drive, AirTable, Cision, Google, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Learn to identify influencer targets and assist in building lists.
- Help monitor influencer and social coverage for clients.
- Learn to use influencer marketing sourcing tools to find influencers for client activations.
- Build relationships with influencers and agents to support client success.
- Learn to write engaging captions for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Improve writing skills by drafting press and research materials.
- Maintain and update critical databases and resources.
- Perform data entry and miscellaneous research for projects such as award submissions and event planning.
Requirements
- Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Previous office internship experience in marketing is required.
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA or above.
- Commit at least 15 hours per week during normal office hours (8 AM - 5 PM) in your time zone.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Social media savvy.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions.
- Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail.
