About the Role

As a Strata Manager within PICA’s New South Wales branch, you will serve as the primary advisor to committees, providing governance, financial, and operational guidance. This role offers autonomy in managing a structured portfolio while ensuring strata communities remain compliant and financially healthy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a structured portfolio of strata and community schemes end-to-end.
  • Provide legislative and governance advice to committees.
  • Chair and lead AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings.
  • Oversee maintenance, capital works, and planning activities.
  • Navigate disputes and complex conversations with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain financial oversight including budgets, levies, and additional services.
  • Utilize systems and documentation to maintain organized workflows.
  • Collaborate with in-branch support to deliver high-quality performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio independently.
  • Working knowledge of strata legislation.
  • Current eligible Class 2 Strata License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to live and work in Australia.
