About the Role
As a Strata Manager within PICA’s New South Wales branch, you will serve as the primary advisor to committees, providing governance, financial, and operational guidance. This role offers autonomy in managing a structured portfolio while ensuring strata communities remain compliant and financially healthy.
Responsibilities
- Manage a structured portfolio of strata and community schemes end-to-end.
- Provide legislative and governance advice to committees.
- Chair and lead AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings.
- Oversee maintenance, capital works, and planning activities.
- Navigate disputes and complex conversations with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain financial oversight including budgets, levies, and additional services.
- Utilize systems and documentation to maintain organized workflows.
- Collaborate with in-branch support to deliver high-quality performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio independently.
- Working knowledge of strata legislation.
- Current eligible Class 2 Strata License or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to live and work in Australia.
