About the Role
This role offers the chance to collaborate with senior design leadership on live residential projects, from concept to delivery. You will be instrumental in creating drawings, 3D models, and visual materials to effectively communicate design intent.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
- Develop digital 3D models to support feasibility, planning and coordination
- Prepare presentation drawings and visual material for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with space planning and test-fit studies
- Support design coordination with consultants
- Maintain drawing standards and BIM protocols
- Contribute to diagrams and technical packages
- Prepare presentations
Requirements
- Experience in an architectural or interior practice, or developer-led design environment
- Exceptional 2D drafting skills and strong 3D modelling capability
- High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong spatial awareness and sense of proportion
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, ambitious and eager to learn
