About the Role

The PreSales Architect leads high-level engineering tasks, including solution design, system architecture, and detailed design for major system opportunities. You will own the technical design, support account teams in securing business, and manage end-to-end solutions during the tender and pre-sales phases.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level engineering tasks including solution, system, and detailed design.
• Own the technical design of solutions.
• Support account teams in developing and securing opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end solutions and designs during the tender and pre-sales phase.
• Collaborate with PreSales Engineers, account teams, bid management, and SI planning to identify customer requirements.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with radio and IP communications solutions, including architecture design, specification, and implementation.
• Extensive experience in solution management, pre-sales engineering, technical sales, or customer relationship management.
• Experience influencing technical customer requirements throughout the sales process.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data/application architectures.
• Knowledge of public safety market solutions.
• Ability to travel under 10%.
