Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage global and local campaigns for Korea
  • Communicate with HQ and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage new product releases, including GWP and forecasting
  • Develop and manage in-store promotions and events
  • Plan and execute localized marketing activities for key retail stores to increase foot traffic
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-store events and pop-up stores
  • Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness to provide data-driven insights
  • Manage social media channels in Korea in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields
  • Experience in FMCG, art toy, entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Experience in retail marketing and brand activation within physical retail environments
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from budget planning to reporting
  • Experience launching and scaling new brands or products in the Korean market
  • Ability to analyze and optimize offline customer journeys
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from market trends and consumer behavior
  • Understanding of offline and online marketing synergy
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Passion for pop culture and ability to translate brand identity into storytelling
  • Ability to interpret retail-specific KPIs to refine marketing tactics
