About the Role

KPMG Australia is experiencing a period of growth and is seeking talented individuals to join its supportive Audit division. The IT External Audit team assists clients with their IT External audit requirements and timelines, working as an integrated part of a larger multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in meeting their IT External audit requirements and timelines.
• Support engagements in the preparation of clear and concise IT External Audit reports.
• Provide technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
• Manage small teams and oversee the planning and execution of IT External Audit client engagements in a leadership role.
• Support business proposals and business development activities by assisting in the identification of new target clients, building business relationships, and developing/presenting proposals/findings.
• Lead, manage, and execute advisory-related engagements for high-profile clients, covering all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development.
• Provide technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
• Work across Private and Corporate clients.

Requirements

• Experience in assisting clients meet their IT External audit requirements and timelines.
• Experience supporting engagements in the preparation of clear and concise IT External Audit reports.
• Experience providing technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
• Experience in a leadership role, managing small teams and overseeing the planning and execution of IT External Audit client engagements.
• Experience supporting business proposals and business development activities by assisting in the identification of new target clients, building business relationships, and developing/presenting proposals/findings.
• An innovative mindset and passion for problem solving enabled through technology.
• Experience leading, managing and executing advisory related engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service and business development.
• Experience providing technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
• Experience working across Private and Corporate clients is desired.
