About the Role
integratedliving Australia is seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join their growing team across the Central Coast Region. The role involves providing high-quality community and in-home health services to support clients in living healthy, independent, and active lives.
Responsibilities
- Support a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist clients with grocery shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Encourage independence by providing support tailored to each person’s goals and preferences
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certification
- WWCC and current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to complete daily tasks and documentation

- $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
- $1.01/km travel allowance
