Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
- Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
- Deliver and remove equipment needed to complete service work.
- Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems effectively.
- Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
- Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, solder, weld, braze, and perform minor field fabrication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- License in commercial HVAC required (Gasfitter 2 or Gasfitter 1 License).
- Refrigeration license (313A License) preferred.
- License in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration is an asset.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
- Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
- Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
- Meet minimum requirements for background check criteria.
