About the Role
The Enterprise Change Director (Lead) is a key leadership role within the central program team, responsible for driving the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across Haleon as part of the Enterprise Transformation Programme. This role ensures the organization is prepared, engaged, and supported through all program phases, enabling behavioral shifts to realize long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of an integrated communications and engagement strategy aligned to transformation milestones.
- Liaise with Corporate Affairs for coordinated communication activities.
- Provide direction on messaging across stakeholder groups, ensuring consistency.
- Support leadership engagement at key change moments to drive visible sponsorship and alignment.
- Provide expert advice on best practices in change management and communication.
- Oversee the mobilization and execution of a program Change Influencer Network.
- Lead the execution of the Change Management Strategy and associated tools and frameworks.
- Define the behavioral and cultural shifts required for the transformation.
- Drive the development and implementation of change readiness, impact assessment, and action plans.
- Identify cultural blockers and manage change risks and resistance through proactive mitigation planning.
- Execute the training and adoption strategy to support end-user learning needs.
- Ensure alignment of training content with business process changes, system capabilities, and local compliance requirements.
- Track adoption metrics and feedback loops to monitor effectiveness and support sustainment post go-live.
Requirements
- Significant experience in change management.
- Experience on large-scale transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations within global FMCG.
- Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align change initiatives with business objectives.
- Deep expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessment, adoption planning, learning needs analysis, and training strategy development and execution.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles and associated methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing capabilities across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting of data to objectively measure the impact of change initiatives.
