About the Role

As an experienced SAP Technical Consultant, you will play a central role in designing and optimizing our SAP HCM landscape. You will be responsible for the technical conception and implementation of complex solutions, particularly in the areas of ABAP OO, interface development (ALE/LDAP/SOAP), and data migration (LSMW). Your deep understanding of SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Organizational Management (OM) will enable you to develop and maintain customized systems. You will also take on responsibilities in development management and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of demanding SAP projects, including Senior HCM Migrations.

Requirements

Sound experience with SAP HCM modules
Extensive knowledge in ABAP Objects (ABAP OO) development
Expertise in interface development (ALE, LDAP, SOAP)
Proven skills in data migration using LSMW
Solid understanding and experience in SAP Payroll (PY)
Practical experience in SAP Organizational Management (OM)
Leadership experience in development projects (development management)
Senior-level experience in SAP HCM migration projects
German language skills at C1 level
English language skills at B2 level
