About the Role

Join an international company bringing innovative geothermal solutions to the U.S. We provide hands-on training in a high-demand, sustainable energy industry, allowing you to work with an experienced, supportive international team in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate drilling operations on-site, including site preparation
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and budget
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other construction teams
• Lead and manage field crews to ensure efficiency and teamwork
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring high performance and safety standards
• Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and site inspections
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Monitor site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control
• Ensure machinery is properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime
• Monitor equipment use and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, progress, safety inspections, and equipment usage
• Ensure excavation activities comply with all local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations

Requirements

• Experience in construction, drilling, excavation, utilities, or similar industries
• Leadership experience in a field-based role
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and site coordination
• Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, effective decisions
• Willingness to learn about geothermal drilling and new industry practices
• Ability to travel approximately 3 days per week as needed
• Valid Driver's license & ability to travel between job sites
• Continually required to walk
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Continually required to talk or hear
• Frequently manipulate items weighing more than 50 lbs
• Frequently utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information
• Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
• Continual exposure to weather conditions
• Exposed to intermittent loud noise
