About the Role

Support our members by handling, investigating, and resolving a high volume of contacts and queries, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support members through email, calls, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
  • Stay updated with training to provide accurate information.
  • Help develop processes to improve member services.
  • Participate in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with software platforms such as Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • A commitment to learning how to manage complex queries and a desire to grow within PRS for Music.

  • GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent
