About the Role
Support our members by handling, investigating, and resolving a high volume of contacts and queries, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities
- Support members through email, calls, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
- Stay updated with training to provide accurate information.
- Help develop processes to improve member services.
- Participate in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with software platforms such as Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- A commitment to learning how to manage complex queries and a desire to grow within PRS for Music.
