About the Role

As a Senior Solution Specialist for the AI & Business Solutions Business, you will lead enterprise clients in driving transformation using advanced AI solutions. You will focus on proposing solutions like CRM, ERP, contact centers, and Power Platform, while also developing advanced AI agent utilization strategies tailored to client business challenges and strategies, leveraging Microsoft's comprehensive solution suite.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and support the growth of customer portfolios by analyzing market trends and new business opportunities.
Support customer innovation and growth using technologies such as AI sales agents, business process automation, and Power Platform.
Evaluate and promote sales opportunities within an AI-driven sales framework.
Lead sales strategy development, complex deal closing, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to customer security requirements and digital transformation needs.
Build trust with executives and key stakeholders, and collaborate with partners to accelerate customer value creation.
Conduct sales pipeline reviews using AI-powered analysis and forecasting tools to manage progress towards sales targets and improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor product/service adoption and the health of renewal contracts.
Analyze solution areas and market trends to provide insights into customer business strategies and priorities.
Propose future-oriented solutions utilizing predictive analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field, with 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
Master's degree (MBA), Master's in Information Technology (IT), Information Security, or a related field, with 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field, with 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of solution selling or services sales experience.
