About the Role
We are seeking an experienced mechanical-bias M&E Engineer to join our team, serving as the primary contact for reactive maintenance needs for our high-profile clients. This role involves proactive task management, ensuring service level agreements are met, and representing Arcus professionally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all reactive maintenance needs.
- Work proactively to accomplish tasks within set service level agreements.
- Open and close work orders in real time.
- Identify and communicate the need for technical or specialist assistance.
- Represent Arcus professionally, complying with dress code.
- Maintain Company vehicle in good condition.
Requirements
- Experience gained within Facilities Management or Construction.
- Enjoy working autonomously in a pressurized environment.
- Ability to prioritize a complex and demanding workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Enjoy working within a people-focused environment.
- A recognised Apprenticeship or Qualification in M&E Services/Maintenance.
- A full valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel around various sites in and around Dartford, Welling and Bromley.
- Ability to work flexibly as determined by business requirements, including out of hours work and/or travelling to other regions within a reasonable distance in the UK.
- Must be able to be on-call up to a maximum of 1 in 4 weeks.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £48,812 per annum
- Full door-to-door pay
- Up to 4% bonus
