Responsibilities

• Assess resident and patient health problems and needs
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Provide case management services

Requirements

• RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing
• New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse
• BCLS/CPR certification
