Responsibilities
- Assess resident and patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Provide case management
Requirements
- RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing
- New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- BCLS/CPR certification
