About the Role
This Product Marketing Manager, Launch & Insights role on the Field & Partner Platform & Strategy team focuses on blending Usage-Based Billing (UBB) insights with launch-operations support for Field & Partner Marketing. You will translate usage and launch signals into clear insights and ensure launches are executed cleanly and consistently across the field and partner ecosystem. This is a versatile, analytical role for someone comfortable with ambiguity and eager to help define the playbook.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain usage signals, telemetry, and reporting for Usage-Based Billing (UBB) adoption and consumption.
- Translate usage and launch data into actionable insights, dashboards, readouts, and narratives.
- Define customer cohorts and priority-customer views to focus efforts.
- Partner with data, finance, and platform teams to ensure telemetry and reporting accuracy.
- Support centralized launch motions, including workback plans, milestones, and readiness.
- Prepare launch briefings and landing materials, such as NDA decks and FAQs.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, PMM, and audience teams to maintain accurate launch details.
- Contribute to signals, offers, and trial constructs to drive adoption and usage.
- Help design and scale repeatable operating models, tools, and frameworks for consistent execution.
- Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and drive teams toward common business objectives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working with data, telemetry, or business analysis in a commercial or go-to-market context.
- Familiarity with monetization, pricing and packaging, commerce, or usage-based / consumption business models.
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with comfort turning ambiguity into structure.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Business Solutions, and/or Agentic AI is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year (U.S. typical base pay range)
- USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area base pay range)
