Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth.
- Act as a representative for Edison a Help at Home Company within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
- Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management.
- Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
- Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the database with all sales activities.
- Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.
- Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.
- Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Level
- Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes
- Experience in healthcare sales preferred
- Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience as a manager or team leader preferred
- Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED required
Salary/Compensations
- USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
