Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth.
  • Act as a representative for Edison a Help at Home Company within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management.
  • Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
  • Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the database with all sales activities.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.

Location

  • Brooklyn, NY

Work Type

  • Office hours Monday -Friday 9am-5:30pm

Experience Level

  • Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes
  • Experience in healthcare sales preferred
  • Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience as a manager or team leader preferred
  • Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Salary/Compensations

  • USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
